📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team and stakeholders, using Mandarin to bridge cultural and language barriers.
• Manage data center operations and maintenance (O&M), ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Lead HR initiatives and projects, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on data center or IT operations.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
