As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new distribution channels, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategies to maximize sales potential. With a competitive salary package of Rp 15,000,000 to Rp 25,000,000 per month, this is your opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of a market leader.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new distribution channels to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify high-potential markets and opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to stay updated on market trends.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, particularly in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
