🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of automotive operations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
