HRGA & Training Supervisor

In this pivotal role, you'll drive HR operations while designing and implementing training programs that foster employee growth and company success.

As HRGA & Training Supervisor at Prima Bajaindo Sukses in Curug Bitung, you'll manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment to performance management, using our suite of HRIS tools. You'll also create engaging training modules, conduct workshops, and assess training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans aligned with business goals.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like SAP SuccessFactors for efficient HR operations.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives and business needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand training requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRGA and Training roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Certification in HRGA or Training (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATP, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HRIS tools, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
