📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead tax compliance activities, including tax filings, audits, and planning.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, analysts, and bookkeepers.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
