📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and submit invoices, payments, and financial reports to clients and internal teams.
• Work with QuickBooks and other financial software to maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial dealings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
