📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and review contracts related to automotive financing, ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and support to the finance team, addressing legal issues and risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company's compliance with automotive finance regulations.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements for automotive financing activities.
• Conduct due diligence on potential partners and clients, ensuring legal compliance.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain legal policies and procedures for the automotive finance division.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on legal aspects of automotive financing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal roles within the automotive or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian automotive finance regulations and laws.
• Proficiency in Indonesian legal software and tools, such as DocuSign, Clio, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
