📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and drive sales,Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
