In this role, you will be responsible for leading process mapping and improvement initiatives, as well as building and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee process mapping and improvement projects, ensuring alignment with SGH's strategic objectives.,Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in existing processes, and develop and implement solutions to address them.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, clinical staff, and external partners.,Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure the successful implementation of process improvements.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in process improvement and stakeholder management.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Represent SGH at industry conferences and events, and contribute to the development of thought leadership and thought partnership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of process mapping tools and techniques, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, and to drive change and improvement initiatives.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
