Develop and optimize CNC programs for various manufacturing processes.,Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of CNC machine operations.,Collaborate with the engineering team to improve manufacturing processes.,Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming issues.,Maintain detailed records of CNC programs and machine operations.,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff in CNC programming and detailing.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and detailing.,Proficient in various CNC programming languages and software.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
