The National Cancer Centre Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior / Associate Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the SPRinT Program, a comprehensive training and development program for healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Surgery and Surgical Oncology and will be responsible for leading and managing surgical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of the program.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage surgical operations, including pre-operative assessments, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to surgical practice.,Develop and implement surgical protocols and guidelines to improve patient outcomes and safety.,Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to advance the field of surgical oncology.,Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.,Contribute to the development and implementation of the SPRinT Program, including training and development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Surgery and Surgical Oncology.,Certification in Surgical Oncology or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Experience in a multicultural and diverse environment is a plus.
