In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process,Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the automotive industry,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
