PT Wisesa Wana is seeking a talented and dedicated Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting independent audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct independent audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes,Evaluate internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies,Identify areas of risk and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing,Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and staff on internal audit processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO) is a plus
