We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Trainee to join our Manufacturing & Operations Development Program at Intag Steel Hardware Sdn Bhd. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will be part of a structured training program that includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including machine operation and quality control.,Learn and understand manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.,Support the production team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.,Assist in data collection and reporting for production performance analysis.,Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices.,Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.,Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,No prior work experience required, but relevant internships are a plus.
