In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage service operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage service, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and quality control.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Train and develop staff to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.,Manage budgets and expenses for the F&B service department.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and reporting.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
