📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area.,Lead and manage a team of Area Managers to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and market share in the assigned area.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the software industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
