Mart Home Abadi is seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Deli Serdang. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a passion for delivering high-quality, safe, and efficient structures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for residential and commercial buildings.,Oversee construction projects to ensure compliance with structural design specifications.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project design.,Perform load calculations, material selection, and structural detailing.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices in structural engineering.,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering.,Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and other relevant building codes.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Good communication and teamwork abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.,Valid professional engineering license (if applicable).
