Market Seed Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Security professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires to ensure the security of our team.,Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.,Participate in security drills and training sessions to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.,Enforce company security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in security operations and related roles.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Valid security clearance and relevant certifications (e.g., CPSE, SIA) are a plus.,Familiarity with security technology and software is an advantage.,Proven track record of maintaining a secure and safe environment.
