In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean and well-maintained dining area.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as all other relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and the ability to adapt to remote and in-office work environments.
