As an HR Services Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team by assisting with various HR functions. Your daily tasks will include processing employee records, managing payroll, and providing administrative support to HR managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in processing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases using BambooHR.
• Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries using Payroll Software.
• Provide administrative support to HR managers by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR events and training sessions.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administrative roles or a related field.
• Proficient in using HR management software such as BambooHR and Payroll Software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
