📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the government and energy sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B sales
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the government or energy sectors
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of the government and energy sectors in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
