📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare ingredients and food items as required.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Help in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role.,Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and utensils.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
