The Write Connection Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team and be the friendly face of our premium learning centers in Bali. Located in vibrant areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, our centers are the heart of educational excellence in Bali. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our students and their families, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable learning experience.

In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support to ensure our students feel valued and well-cared for. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using tools like CRM systems, email, and phone to manage communications efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your customer service skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist students and their families at the reception area.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage and update customer records using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide information about our programs and services.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Assist with event planning and coordination.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to travel between our various locations in Bali.
