As the Building & Facilities Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and retail outlets. You will work closely with our team to implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of office spaces, warehouses, and retail outlets.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of all facilities are maintained.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of our employees and visitors.
• Monitor and maintain energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain facility management policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within Bali.
