📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking using POS systems like Square or Shopify POS.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards where applicable.
• Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction programs, energy-efficient practices, and ethical sourcing.
• Train and develop store staff to uphold eco-shop Malaysia’s values and standards.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in store improvement projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote eco-shop Malaysia’s sustainable products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. A relevant certification, such as a Certified Retail Manager (CRM) or Certified Sustainable Business Professional (CSBP), is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sustainable or eco-friendly retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in using retail management software, including POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of sustainable business practices and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
