📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and drive sales.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement new initiatives and strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
