In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee kitchen staff and ensure they follow food safety and hygiene standards.,Maintain inventory and order food supplies as needed.,Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally friendly manner.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
